The Phantom. The flagship sedan in the iconic Rolls-Royce line up. This car has become the pinnacle of luxury and class.  For 13 years the Phantom VII has hosted everyone from entertainment mega stars to royal families. So how do you improve upon that? How do you take arguably one of the most recognized cars in the world, and make it better? Rolls-Royce had the answer.

La Jolla, a coastline suburb of San Diego, is know for having some of the most stunning properties on the entire west coast.  We wanted to host our unveil at a location that in every way embodies what Rolls-Royce, and even more so, the Phantom VIII exemplifies. We were able to secure one of the most impressive estates in the exclusive La Jolla Farms. With the sun beginning to set, and our guests arriving, it was time to enjoy the finer things and show these folks what they had been waiting to see.

As guests entered the property, a model in the courtyard served champagne while a violinist and Spanish guitarist put a classic twist on popular music. We had guests entertained by mentalist, Rodney Reyes, with strolling magic. In the Loggia, Audemars Piguet provided trays of timepieces for guests to tailor to their wrists. Hostesses tray passed exquisite hors d’oeuvres like caviar bellini’s (courtesy of Avoir Caviar) among other gourmet delicacies.  The reception was wrapped up with a beautiful Louis XIII tasting and toast by Tom O’Gara. Guests made their way back to the motor court where they had arrived to find the entire Rolls-Royce lineup presented, including a draped Phantom VIII.  The glowing laser and LED running lights surprised guests as they turned the corner and had them taking pictures before the car was even unveiled. Rolls-Royce brand specialist, Bill Morse, gave an eloquent presentation of the Phantom and the models dramatically unveiled the new flagship sedan.  The guests were teated to an evening of fun and opulence, and left excited about the future of the iconic automotive brand.
